nICOLE Davidson | DRE # 02028842

Chief Executive Officer | Realtor

Before her choice to become an agent in Real Estate, Nicole was Director of Operation and Technology at CSU East Bay and before that she traveled the country for years helping institutions of Higher Education implement PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. Through this experience, Nicole was solely managing multi-million dollar sales, negotiating contracts as well as designing and building campus-specific business processes and systems. Her favorite part of that gig? Guiding people through a massive transition.

Nicole’s career is founded in an education specifically tailored to understanding and communicating with people; Psychology of Interpersonal Communication. This gives her a distinct edge in getting our clients what they want, in every way.

Previously, Nicole was on the Development Team for Foundations Public Schools in the valley, Co-chair of Friends of the Boys and Girls Club of San Francisco, Leadership Team for the non-profit A Good Idea and was selected for a year-long fellowship in ABHOW's Leadership Program and is now a board member for Wildwood Performing Arts Foundation, and El Dorado Hills Rotary and founding a non-profit of her own, 100squared, to give back to our community.

How does that translate to real estate? Nicole knows people. She knows how to motivate people, manage people, and communicate with people. It means she is bold and assertive while being full of compassion and gratitude. Nicole is relentless when it comes to getting her clients what is best for THEM.

Aside from the inspiration she gets from her work, Nicole's passion is in the education and development of new entrepreneurs, including the loves of her life - her two children.

I grew up in the Bay Area (Cupertino) and moved to the Sacramento area in 2000. I have been in the Real Estate business since 2002, I knew I loved playing in the paper more than showing & listing homes so I started a Transaction Coordinating business.
